What customers say?

“ Bistrot di Ca' Vittoria is truly a place of excellence. The service and the setting are meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. "Our" veal tonè is unlike anything I've ever tasted, with the addition of amaranth chips for a unique crunch. The tajarin with truffle and parmesan is a true explosion of flavors, and the Fassona beef fondant with sweet and sour vegetables is a must-try. And the superb quality is rounded off with a sampling of the modern bunet desserts and panna cotta with crumble. Every detail in the beautiful vaulted dining room is meticulously crafted, but the skill, delicacy, and professionalism of the maître d' is absolutely commendable, making all the difference, in addition to the already excellent service. ”

“ We came before opening in search for food to our two hungry. They let us in, 30 mins before opening and served them fantastic pasta ragu. And the kids got ice cream for free. We also had two glasses of Barolo, it was amazing. Very good place, friendly and helpful staff ”

- Anna Leth -

“ The exquisite three-course meal featured a salmon and tomato sauce appetizer, a melt-in-your-mouth braised beef with cheese sauce, and a final dessert of vanilla ice cream with biscuit crumbles. It looked simple, but the dessert was surprisingly delicious. Perfect ! This time at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy, I met the Taiwanese sous chef who works there! I was so happy ! ”

“ The ambience and decor of the venue is lovely. The staff very attentive but not intrusive and the food, beautifully presented and lovely to eat. There is also a varied menu with dishes coming out to table looking most interesting. The only slight disappointment was the sorbet which was effectively a lollipop! ”

“ I'd been wanting to try this bistro for a while, and I was delighted to go there for dinner. They reserved a table outside on the square for me—a small table with fairly uncomfortable chairs. All the tables near us received a small apetizer, except ours. After pointing this out, a waitress brought it to us, remarking that it was an oversight and that we were being picky... Very beautiful dishes, carefully prepared, with excellent ingredients, perfect! I thought there would be a small pastry after dinner...but that wasn't the case. The price was a bit high. ”

“ An extraordinary experience; I found the highest level of attention to the quality of the dishes and the imaginative pairings. It's not often you enjoy dishes that combine innovative ambition with the simplicity of tradition. A huge round of applause for the kitchen! The service staff was also absolutely impeccable. We'll definitely be back! ”

“ During an evening dedicated to tasting excellent wines from the Nizza and Canelli area, Chef Massimiliano pampered us with delicious dishes. The cardoon with cream of bra was a real surprise. We'll be back. My warmest compliments. ”

- CASA DEL LEGNO -

“ I can only give it 5 stars!!! The place, in the center of the small Tigliole village, has a very shabby chic feel. The interior decor is well-finished, with soft colors, and the outdoor space is also very pretty. The dishes are excellent! Very carefully prepared, and the ingredients used are superb! The fresh pasta is homemade. Traditional Piedmontese dishes, but with a modern and sophisticated touch in the composition of the dishes. The quality/price ratio is absolutely right. I recommend dinner here if you're in the area... Really a bumbunin ⭐ Very friendly staff ”
